On May 13th, the Confucius Institute at Assumption University (CIAU) had a working conference to sum up teaching work in the past months and the future plan of the CIAU.
AJ Siriluk suggested that in the future CIAU shall fully collaborate with the Department of Business Chinese and serve the university, help more Chinese language learners to apply for CI scholarships and AU scholarships, conduct in-service training for Chinese teachers at St. Gabriel Fund schools.
Since the founding of CIAU in last September, CIAU has offered many programs to faculties and students at AU and there are around 200 registered learners at CIAU.
