On Feb. 23rd, a CIAU delegation including Thai Director Siriluk Chaiprompasit, Chinese Director Wu Zhenjun and ACC Chinese Director Liu Yanli visits St. Louis School (SLS) at Paed Riew, and the delegation is warmly welcomed by Brother&Dr. Achin, the principal of St. Louis School.
A.J. Siriluk introduced the work of Confucius Institute at Assumption University and she discussed with Brother Achin on the training of Chinese teachers and the improvement of Chinese teaching. SLS covers all-range pupils from kindergarten to senior high school and offers Chinese lessons to students at school levels. Besides the Thai staff, there are 3 Chinese volunteer teachers teaching there.
The delegation visited a science class at the senior high school section and talked to the students there. A.J. Sriluk and Wu encouraged the students to learn Chinese, take HSK exams and study in China.
