On 5th September, 2023, a group of 40 students from Assumption College Sriracha, had an exciting food adventure at Confucius Institute of Assumption University (CIAU). Their visit was graced by the esteemed presence of Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President of Assumption University, who was deeply impressed by the students’ boundless creativity and unwavering enthusiasm.
CIAU teachers explained and demonstrated the entire Chinese dumpling-making process, including making the dough, creating the filling, rolling out the wrappers, and folding the dumplings.
The result was not just delicious Chinese dumplings but also a vibrant and lively atmosphere that permeated the entire event. The cultural exchange went beyond the flavors of China. It allowed students to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Chinese culinary culture.
